Universal Design.

Design flow matters in every aspect of your home. The homeowner dreamed of a modern farmhouse aesthetic that also fulfilled their special needs. A requirement of the home was that it would be suitable for aging in place and to also possess elements of ADA compliance. Design flow in areas like the bathroom, kitchen and safely accessing the garage and garden were essential. Special care was taken when choosing fixtures, tile and planning the landscape. The result is a balanced, stylish and thoughtfully designed home that is suitable and comfortable for all ages and ranges of mobilities.
